Coverage Guidelines

The warranty begins on the original purchase date of delivery. Warranties are valid only if you made your purchase from official Q Touch outlets in Australia. In the unlikely event that your chair malfunctions or requires repair, please email salecomfyhomes@outlook.com or contact Q Touch on +61 (07) 3299 4610. Proof of purchase (i.e. invoice or purchase receipt) must be presented for warranty verification.

Brand-new massage chairs come with 3-year warranty with location requirements as following:

We offer an Australia-wide, comprehensive warranty on all our massage chairs. This includes a 3-year standard warranty covering both parts and labour (excluding normal wear and tear, abuse and neglect and all forms of physical damage), as well as extended Gold and Platinum warranties for that extra peace of mind(must be purchase on the same day)

. 3 Years Standard Warranty-Included

. 4 Years Gold Warranty-$250

. 5 Years Platinum Warranty-$500

Service and maintenance of the massage chair are required to be performed at our service warehouse in Brisbane. Customers shall be responsible for the round-trip transportation costs if they reside outside the metro area(30km from Brisbane CBD or the store from where it was purchased). A quotation will be given at the time of request and charged upon distance.

Limitation

. Not transferable to a new owner, in the event of sale of the product

. Does not apply to rental, business, commercial or other non-residential users.

. Damages due to shipping and handling and moving of product
